Our acute care unit offers 24/7 nursing and medical services for patients who need short-term hospitalization due to illness, injury, or surgery, with close monitoring, coordinated treatment, and a focus on safety and comfort.

For patients who no longer require acute hospitalization but still need continued skilled care, our swing bed program bridges the gap between hospital and home by offering physical therapy, oxygen therapy, IV therapy, and wound care, along with skilled nursing and supportive services to help patients regain strength, independence, and confidence before returning home. Working closely with your provider and care team, we deliver personalized care in a compassionate, rural healthcare setting, so you can recover where you feel most comfortable.

To make the process easier, our team handles all insurance authorizations and approvals on your behalf.

Outpatient Services

We are proud to offer a range of outpatient services designed to provide high-quality care without the need for hospitalization.

    • Your comprehensive wound care will be delivered by specialized physical therapists, overseen by a physician, and managed by our experienced nursing staff.

  • PICC Line Care and Management
    • Patients who require ongoing intravenous access often need regular care and management of their PICC lines. Our knowledgeable and dedicated team provides safe, attentive PICC line care to help prevent complications and ensure your treatment continues smoothly and comfortably.
